30. Cecil Harvey  (and a bit of Kain) from Final Fantasy IV

About theme: Honestly talking, Final Fantasy IV is pretty bad game. I still love it to death!

About execution/critique: Yay! 30 days, picture a day, without fail (well, there were fails, but of different kind). I  survived it!

Back to the picture - the palette works great with Amano-ish style and given characters. But I regret that after fail with # 27, I made such simple lineart. This is where a lot of details and ornaments would be in place, what a missed opportunity!
