Again, I need to credit 
for the pattern. I layered the felt for the eyes differently for Squirtle, and I like it better. The iris pops out on top of the black instead of underneath. So, if you want to use felt instead of the neadlefelt technique, that's what I'd recommend.

Oh, I am planning on making Bulbasaur and Pikachu using 's patterns.

He is blue.
He's more of a grey blue. I just used what colors I had that were close to the original coloring.
