I had tried recruiting people but it looks like that was unsuccessful.

yeah, it won't let me join. it says "not accepting new administrators" when i try. i don't wanna be an admin. i are confuzzled.

Go to "Admin Area" and then click "Manage Members", you can find lots of helpful options there. Or maybe you already tried? :0
