Meltdown Breakdown

Meltdowns may seem more common with autistics because it's harder for us to suppress, or hide them, but we aren't the only ones who have them. Stress, frustration, anxiety, and depression all contribute to someone having a meltdown. This isn't caused by autism. It's caused by being too overwhelmed by the world around you.
