This Hunt Trial is a type of altered show put on by the Hunt & Field Association, who offers their own type of Championship & Title Programs.
This is a completely RNG-type show.
There is also no chance for any type of injuries in this show, as any dog-on-dog action will result in an immediate DQ & potential ban.
Highest scoring dog over both days will receive a HIT award. If multiple dogs are tied for the highest score, the dogs will be put through a List Randomizer and the dog on top will receive the award.
Dogs must have an average score over 5 in each Series as a Qualifying score. If a dog has an average under 5 in at least one Series, that does does Not Qualify for that day - resulting in the dog not receiving any Championship Points, or having points count towards HIT.

The only requirement for this show is to draw a headshot of the dog being entered.
- Must be wearing a bright orange vis collar (tags are required, but do not need to be visually shown)
- Linearts may be reused for the same breed
- Mixed Breeds must have their own personal lines, and cannot use any lines you've made for something they're mixed with
We require this, instead of being no effort, as a way to make sure people don't just throw dogs in with no second thought. Especially as our Title & Championship programs are tied to these results that dogs earn.
Each stake is provided with a Pheasant to hunt & shoot, which will be marked with a bright yellow tag. These birds are pen-raised by the HFA for the sole purpose of being legally hunted on private land.
Breed Stake
This stake is separated by breed. At least four dogs must be entered to count towards Championship Points. Breeds who do not meet this requirement will be moved to the Mixed Stake. Runs may be 2-4 dogs at once.
Mixed Stake
Not separated, every dog runs together. Runs may be 2-4 dogs at once.
Canine Stake
Mixed Breed Stake, no purebreds allowed. Please check our Eligible Breeds list to see if you qualify. At least two dogs must be entered, and at least one must be owned by a different Handler (user), to count towards Championship Points. Runs may be 2-4 dogs at once.
This show is RNG only - however we do accept effort entries that meet Pedigree Club's CACIT requirements
This is considered a BRACE SPORT - up to four (4) dogs may be featured in one entry.
Backgrounds may be reused but each time it's reused there will be a deduction of -2 points, and it is stackable.
Background
These trials are held in a open field that is surrounded by a mix of trees. This field is not totally even, and has areas where a creek does wind it's way through, but never enough where a Hunter and Dog can be cut off from the birds. Handlers, Hunters, and Dogs can be seen spread over the field through the day, as it is a team effort to shoot the birds down. Dogs do not need to start in the same position as each other, but are not allowed within 30 feet of the bird being released.
Entries with low effort or inaccurate backgrounds will not be counted.
Equipment
Dogs are required to be wearing a bright orange collar, with some kind of tags located on the collar. Slip on name tags are the most desired for safety reasons. Dogs cannot be wearing a muzzle, harness, or any type of vest or item that may restrict movement.
If Handlers are depicted - dress for the weather, but also dress appropriately. No shorts allowed, closed toe shoes only, no tank tops. Guns are only to be equipped by anyone who is not actively handling a dog, and may only be used to shoot the prey HFA provides for the trial.
Composition
An entry depicting a dog watching and waiting for the bird to be shot down with the other Dogs, Handlers, and Hunters, is fully acceptable. The main focus must be the Dog though, and must be very obvious who the dog is.
Images must be full-body.
Collabs are allowed, but cannot receive PC CACIT.

What's a super good ARPG to get into nowadays? Needs to be good for literature. Would love something more story-driven, or with prompts and activities to drive a story.
I am offering backgrounds - you may use them in a collab between us.
Anyone may participate, and it's FCFS.
- You may only claim four backgrounds maximum at a time
- You can pick whichever backgrounds you'd like (no order to them)
- The character slots will be split evenly between us (2 you, 1 me - 1 you, 2 me - etc)
- If you have the ability/trait to add an extra character, you may
- I will never line/color in any extra characters of yours
- Obviously never claim the background as yours
- My background style is constantly changing
- Every canvas will be 800x800 (unless people would be interested in smaller canvases)
- For Tokotas: These can be used for Exploration, Hunting, and Dangerous Prey Hunting
* DPH may only be done if I have a Dominant Tokota available
* There may be a few backgrounds that are only to be used for Fishing, Diving, or Caving (will be noted)
- For other ARPGs: These can be used for any activity where the background's theme/setting fits
- You are free to line & color the characters yourself
- You may ask about me lining TOKOTAS only

- You may ask about me coloring the characters
* I will not color difficult characters
- I will only line/color a few pieces at a time, as it's something I heavily struggle with
- I have the right to say no to doing the color/lines
