Concept Idea: Concord Rubys

Concord Rubies only have one user. These rubies are in an everlasting quarrel that if not connected with a host could eventually explode and reincarnate from the ashes. The discovery of one plays off the philosophy of fate. When the chosen user comes into contact with one of the rubies, it combines with their being and grants/curses them with certain abilities depending on their internal struggle. The chosen hosts of the rubies tend to be characters with conflicting ideals that share in the conflict of each ruby. The decisions the make in regard to the ruby's struggle can effect their appearance, abilities, and morality. Each host has the ability to make a difference in the world. Many hosts have been corrupted by the negative traits rather than the good. But, if the host is able to utilizes a balance between the traits in the rubies and themselves, they would gain a super transformation that is greater than the chaos emeralds combined. Unfortunately, no host has been able to balance their traits causing the rubies to re-materialize and seek a new host.
