x64 ONLY, adding 32 bit when I have a 32 bit OS

THEME PATCH:
1. Download this, and run the x64 bit installer. It allows custom themes.

THEME/VISUAL STYLE:
1. Paste the "Theme" folder into %windir%\Resources\Themes

SYSTEM FILES
1. Place the contents of x64 system files into %windir%\Windows\System32
2. Place the contents of x86 system files into %windir%\Windows\Syswow64

TO FIX TASKBAR BUG:

Follow the tutorial, and once it's running, right click taskbar, Properties, and deselect everything but use small icons and use aero peek to preview the desktop.


LOWER SIDEBAR/Taskbar
1.Download RainMeter:

2.When it's done installing , Paste the "Rainmeter Oxygen for English" into
C:\Users\Your username\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins
3.Right click the rainmeter Icon, select Configs>Manage Skins/Themes
Now click on "Rainmeter Oxygen For English" skin, and click "Load"
The Lower Sidebar should Appear.
