First of; wow!
Just wow, this caught my eye straight away when I saw it. The colours are absolutely beautiful, the browns and greys almost give it an autumn feel to it, also a little like a setting sun. I love the idea that she's staring off into the distance; thinking about her summer and all the things she experienced.
The picture tells a story; I want to know about this girl and what happened over her summer to make sit on the beach alone so deep in thought. It makes me feel that feeling you get the day before you're holiday ends; part of you wants to go home to be back to normality but the other part is pleading with your mind to stay in the wonderful place you've been and stay there forever and just leave everything else behind.
This is a stunning piece of art, your technique is great and the shading is simply gorgeous. I adore the look in her eyes, that's my favourite part.
This looks like a bookcover and its the kind of cover that would make me look at the book.
Great work!!!
