When I was in school a classmate of mine said, "someday I'll read a book with your name on it". I laughed. I think he had said that because we were in the same literature classes and he probably wanted to point out what a smartass I used to be in that subject.

But I never forgot his words.

A couple of years ago I gave it a try and started to write a story that had been on my mind for a long time.

I wrote.

And wrote.

And wrote.

And as time went by I forgot how to live without writing. It became a necessity like breathing and today I cannot believe that it is possible to survive without it.

This month I finally finished my story and I can't explain how wonderful it felt to know that every single page is written with all my heart and all my soul. There's so much me between these lines.

As a little girl I hunt mermaids in the bathtub, searched for monsters under my bed and built castles in the sky. And now I found a way to use my vivid fantasy and do something useful with it.

I tried short stories but I'm more the novel writing kind of person. So, long story short. I will probably not update much.

But I love the art I see and read here. It's breathtaking and inspiring. Don't let anybody stop you. Ever. Don't listen, they don't understand. Your creativity makes the world a better place.
