Ah Majora's Mask. You and your not so subtle subliminal imagery.

Any who...I know I promised more Skyward Sword. But, I really wanted to draw some Majora's Mask. ^^; The Stone Tower was just so awesome!

Oh, I think it's perfect as it is. And I wouldn't mind to see a redo if that inspires you. :)

I really want to see the stone tower temple in 3D. Admit it, people, that would be AMAZING.

:P Thanks! I really loved the Stone Tower as a dungeon, and to this day it's still one of my top 3 for Zelda dungeons.

I still get sweaty hand by thinking of the Stone Tower and MM.... Hey, what are your two other favorite dungeons?

Earth Temple from WW (The overall feel and the light puzzles were fun and frustrating all at once, and the whole temple felt very polished in terms of completeness and flow) and the Spirit Temple from OoT (I enjoyed it having two sections for the child and adult, and the layout and enemies of the dungeon were very fun to me).

Runner ups are definitely the Goron Mines from TP (Iron boot puzzles were awesome), the Forest Temple from OoT (I thought it was kinda creepier than the Shadow Temple in ways) and the Arbiter's Grounds from TP (Spinner tracks made the whole thing interesting). Also, I found a lot of the Minish Cap Dungeons interesting, but it's a bit unfair I feel to compare the 2D to the 3D in terms of scope. Puzzles maybe, but as far as impact when you first walk into the dungeons are completely different between the two.

But then, I haven't finished Skyward Sword yet, so...I may have a new favorite yet. :3

Oh yes! I remember the Earth Temple of WW! There you need to work with Medli! It's like in Spirit Tracks. There you need to work with Zelda to reach the top of the tower. Awesome! However I'm not so happy about WW- ST and PH is in a way better than WW, because they make use of the touchpad, e.g. to control the boomrage and bombchu and of course Zelda!
I also love the spirit temple for it's mystery. I also like the forrest temple, which you need to find way in a haunt house and find the poes. So scary! In all, OoT have some of the best temples, I think. Oh yes, I actually like the Water Temple. It's like the Stone Temple. You need to change the environment in order to process. It's also like the second temple in Lanayru Province, SS, if you didn't make to it. This is probably the best in SS. Also the last temple in SS is pretty crazy!
The Goron Mines and the Arbeit's Ground are great, and the Snowpeak Ruins and the Lakebed Temple as well!
I can't remember the temples of MInish Cap, because the 2D is much harder to remember than 3D, but I never forget the huge ChuChuJellly boss battle!
Well, I quess I love the temples of Zelda, if they have a control or an elementer, you need to use in order to process, like the water level of the water temple of OoT and the up vs down of the Stone Tower.

Oh yeah, they're definitely better when they play with the games limits with the puzzles and such.

The other reason I liked Minish Cap, and the reason I like ST better than PH, is the reuse of items outside the dungeon you get them in. That was a bad symptom in WW, TP, and Oot: You didn't really use items you got earlier in the game later. I mean, you did, but not to the extent that Minish Cap and Skyward Sword made you.

BTW, just finished SS. ;3

WHat a great game... Link's Awakening... there you need to use the items to get around the overworld as well, such as to lift the stone, jump across the hole and so on. Maybe you can say, that it's more easy to put any obstacle on your path, so you need to use a certain item to get pass every time, in the 2D game? I remember that the spinner is fun in the sand dungeon, but totally useless in the overworld - what a shame... Frankly in TP you only use the items in the overworld, if you would explore the secrets along the main way and it's rare... However in SS you need to use the items - all - to get across the main area as well.

Oh yes, congratulations on completing SS. It's a great game, but do youn't think that the end is a bit disappoint? I was expecting an epic final dungeon a la Ganon's Tower? Demise's Tower? Anyone?

That was my main gripe with TP--all these items and nowhere to use them. That's why I love the 2D. They always have really clever puzzles in them, and I think it's because they can do more puzzle-wise in 2D. I feel actually that that is were 2D games in general are still stronger than 3D games is in regards to the puzzles.

As for SS...OMG yes! I'm glad I wasn't the only feeling a little lackluster. It wasn't that it was bad...just...flat. Flat is the word. Like the second to last fight was more epic in a way, and then the game plateau'd.
