Entry for a contest here: [link]
I tried to think of something to represent not only the name but the spirit of the group as well, Pokemon Lives On, and tried to tie it to art.
I chose Farfetch'd for several reasons--he's one of the original 151, and I colored him using (mostly) a Gameboy palette to represent the resilient nature of the game, hence Pokemon Lives On.
Plus...I like Farfetch'd and think he needs more love. XD
From there...This Farfetch'd pursues and seeks to create art of all forms, much like he would attack another pokemon in a battle--with passion and purpose! He shows interest and respect for all fields of art--from painting (his Leek) to drawing (the pencil, charcoal, and paper in his bag); to knitting and to music (his scarf); to spriting (another reason why the GB colors); to sculpting (his pokeball charm) all the way to even the culinary arts (hence eating the donut).
