Okay, actually kinda is. Used a random generator for 3 pokemon, my kid picked out the trainer type, and there it is. Random picture.

This is just such a charming picture... I'd really love to draw things like this myself! The papers pinned on Karrablast's horn are an especially great idea and made me smile loads, ha ha. I love this picture.
