Inflitration Suits | Star Trek: Theurgy

By Auctor-Lucan
These are clothing items worn by the crew of the USS Theurgy. While the images from Star Trek: Magazine are great, they are a bit dated and low resolution, so here is a fresh take on the apparel worn by Starfleet officers in the year 2381.

This was made in collaboration with Drujitsu here on DeviantArt, where we settled on using some customised suits from Daz and edited them in photoshop. The suits used from Daz were the following: The Starfleet issue one (as seen in "Chain of Command") come from Future Wilderness for Genesis, only completely retextured with iRay Black Satin textures. The boots are from the Espionage set for Genesis 2, also re-textured. The Savi outfit (from a mission in the story) is called the Titan Suit in Daz. Drujitsu did a great job sourcing for the right kind of Starfleet issue that would be close enough to the nondescript canon thing.

Main Forum page: Star Trek: Theurgy

Star Trek: Theurgy is kind of a progressive novel, composed of large long-lasting story arcs that can go on through several Episodes, as well as the more common plots produced by character interaction. All of this is written cohesively by the writers, edited and corrected by the group and the Game Moderator to assure a consolidated storyline. Other terms for this kind of community are "sim" or "play-by-post/forum roleplaying".

"What kind of writers are we looking for at Star Trek: Theurgy?"

We're looking for good, descriptive and creative writers that can handle English well. You should also know enough about the Star Trek Universe to be able to partake in creating intense, interesting storylines together with the other writers. We are a very literate group, with a minimum posting requirement of 200 words per post, and the commitment to the story is long-term. We have been running the story actively for five years, and we will continue for many years to come. Therefore, we are not interested in casual, brief commitments, but something that will last for many years.

"What's the nature of the story?"

Star Trek: Theurgy is a detailed, quite dark, story-driven and long-term roleplay and while it's rated 18+, it is not some shoe-horned excuse to write Star Trek smut scenes. If that's what you are looking for, you can look elsewhere since you'll be really disappointed.

It is not expected of any of our writers to detail the intimate relations of their characters with others, even if it's allowed. Several writers among us have an aversion to writing graphic sexual scenes, so if that's not what you care for, then that's no problem at all. The story revolves around a ship and a crew in dire straits, against impossible odds, and with a lot of intrigue and mystery to it. We just don't enforce limits on what you care to write, like explicit scenes of violence or intimacy, as long you adhere to our General Rules and all writers consent to the specific scene their characters are in.

"How do I join the story?"

This page should serve quite well for an answer, but it's recommended you contact the Game Moderator if you have any questions: Joining the Crew.

These are smoking hot! I love these suits.
At the risk of sounding stupid, these are stealth suits right? How badass would that have been? These would've given Starfleet a huge advantage and would have kicked the crap out of various alien species! Nicely done!

Thanks, they are, and they were used in the TNG episode "Chain of Command."

I prefer the ones on the left. Those are neat, and feel more like Star Trek. I'm just wondering how the role-coloured uniforms are gonna work with them, unless they're only black for the sake of visually testing them. I hope they will be given colours like red, blue and yellow later on.

Sounds great!

Although I haven't seen much Star Trek--mainly DS9--and I don't believe I have seen enough of it to be a worthy writer here, I do have a great respect for it. If I watch more of the series', I may consider this. Just wondering how the setting and cast will work exactly. Is there an established cast at the moment? Is there only a single crew with-which I would work with? Is the point in the timeline solidly placed? Any sort of creative restraints to bear in mind?

Thank you for your kind words! The suits will be black as they were in the TNG episode "Chain of Command", however. They are supposed to be without indication of rank or name of the wearer.

Any questions you may have can be answered by visiting the profile page and the link there to the site. :)

Thank again!

It's a reference to the Old World Blues DLC to Fallout New Vegas. You get an infiltration suit (Stealth Suit MK II) and it talks to you. That's one of her lines.

Sorry, seeing the armored version of the suit made me think of that [Cat Emote] Nervous
