As a beacon in the darkness

Wilt has been for me as a beacon in the darkness, along with Steve, the Croc Hunter. To know Wilt, along with having know Steve, is one of the most amazing and wonderful things that it happened in my life, Wilt reminds me much of Steve, my mentor....I think that's why when I started to watch foster's and knew Wilt I seemed to have known him for a long ago. One day in my journal I've commented that Foster's removed my stress? And since I met Wilt, I've become more relaxed and it's more easy to me talk with people , I have more energy to do my work, I got a grin and I no longer worry about everything! Now I feel free, I can shine, finally I'm in peace with myself and I learned that life can be pink or black, depending of how you choose to see it! I made this drawing in honor to Wilt, Craig MacCracken and all his staff, as always....But I made it because there have been several changes in my family too and it's my way to thank it, I want to tell you!
My dad always was stressed, he was worried because my brother was very lazy, he always was late to go to work, and now I see that he awake more early! he's always going to work at 8, and now is responsible for carrying my brother Richard to school. Now my dad helps my brothers with his homework, especially richard, and already told my bigger brother that is not good to made fun of family members. My dad talked to us and told us "you must to find a sport" He says that sport is one of things you need to do to have a full life.
Before I was afraid of doing sport because I have always been very bad for sports, but now, inspired by Wilt, I started playing Basquetball, that was the sport I chose, and it's great! My nemesis was sports, but Wilt hit out my nemesis! Well, all of my nemesis, I had two, now I don't have any of them!
My mom has always been awaked early, but now she have a new haircut and curls! It is something she didn't before Because she doesn't like much to change! I remember much what she said when I asked why they decided to change his hair style, I said "I don't know why but I feel I need a change" and I said "great" and I was surprised because she looks diferent, she's beautiful, but now she looks radiant! Even She bought a very beautiful dark glasses! She said she didn't know why she felt she needed a change, But I think I know...it's because she was noticed I'm more relaxed and cheerful, and now she also feels more cheerful.
My brother Richard is started to go to Karate class again, but the more amazing thing was what happened to my other brother! My brother Carlos, who is now 17 years old, has always been distinguished by being very annoying with everybody, he always made fun to all. He always mocks from all series that I saw and he never liked none! At this time I've been watching Foster Mansion, I realized that sometimes he sat in the sofa with me and he seemed interested (and also it gave him laugh because sometimes I saw he was trying not laughing) but he said he didn't like the series. One day in August my brother saw one of my drawings that I put here, and he was interested in seeing the other ones and said they were fine. In late August he told me that he was started to like a little series, but even so I still sometimes made fun of it....but wendne sday was happen a excellent thing....He talked with me! And there wasn't a common chattering because we talked about Foster's Home! Do you imagine it?! And it was amazing because at the beginning when I started to watch the show, he made fun of it like with other series that I watched before! That day was like at 10 pm and my brother was awake, then asked him " can't you sleep?" and he told me that he could not sleep ... then, and because I could not sleep, I told him ...." do you remember Steve drawing I shown to you? and I told him that I found a character who is like Steve..... and he said "who?" I stayed silent for a while because I hardly noticed what I said, and I didn't knew if I could tell to him that that character it's actually Wilt! You know, I thought he could made fun of that..... but then I thought that "it might be good to take the risk" and told him "It's Wilt" and he asked me why and we started chatting. I said to him "A friend of mine is agree with me" and talk with him about the comments and theories about Wilt that my friend Pitbulllady wrote in my drawings, especially in that titled "For a Legend". "Steve was very cheerful, loved nature and animals and he was amazed with them" he said, and I was surprised to see he can talk seriously. He was impressed to know that Wilt is like Steve. My brother listened carefully and he seemed interested in knowing more about Wilt (because he watched the show only a few times) he even asked to me if I knew why Wilt don't have an arm and had a wonky eye, and told him it has a movie where explaining that, and said he said "Tell me now". I said to him "Don't you care about the spoliers, don't you prefer to wait to see the movie?" and I said "No matter, tell me" I told him the story, how Wilt saved his creator, and other thinks from the movie, and so we spent almost an hour talking about the film, and some of chapters! But what surprised me most is that now my brother is more nice with me, he is more gentle, lately he don't made fun of nothing! Incredible! I think besides having helped me, Wilt has found more humane side of my brothers and my parents, well, except my sister, she is very rude sometimes, but well, she don't watch the series very much and yet she don't know Wilt very well yet. I think that one day I told my mom that all is because of Wilt, but of course, she doesn't believe me! She believes that the cartoons are silly , and of course she doesn't care it and she doesn't believe that a cartoon character can do something like this...but this is not any cartoon and Wilt is not ANY character! Although, I think her response was logical because she IS NOT into the show! She said that I am exaggerating ... it may be true, although perhaps not...but one thing I know is that what happened it's true! And I also Know I feel good, and at that moment life is cool!! Now I remember something my father told me once time "everything you do of feel affects others, and if you are good all people living with you will good too" I think That is what is happening now!
The comments of my friend helped SO WONDERFULLY to explain to my brother why Wilt is a wonderful character, and that's why I also wanted to dedicate this to This the first time I see changes like this in my home, now we are better and all thanks to Wilt, Craig MacCraken, cartoon Network, and thanks God, of course!
The drawing has a flaw, as is painted with pen, I could not erase that black color in wristband, but I hope you like.
