Trolls usually talk about free speech and that trolling is free speech, but don't get fooled. Actually they don't respect free speech and neither other people's beliefs, personal tastes or even personal tragedies which for them can be a reason to have fun by mocking them. They talk that people should tolerant, but themselves are intolerant. If they learn that someone did a protest about having their religion turned a reason of mockery, then they'll attack that person's religion as well. What's the point of being tolerant when you don't ignore somebody's protest about having his beliefs turned into a reason of trolling when you end up intolerant by trolling that person's beliefs as well? What's the point of saying you can agree with someone when you refuse to stop when someone asked you to quit trolling him/her when the victim said that was enough? Oh, yes: you'll keep trolling because that person showed reaction, good grief. Trolling is a way of harassment and harassment is a violation of civil rights, so they have no right about talking in free speech when in fact they even violate it. Alright, if somebody does their own free speech, then it'll a reason for mockery? I suppose free speech would exist if you can talk about something without being trolled. Well, I'm not listening trolls opinions, after all they just want to have never ending arguments and these arguments are useless. It don't matter if you got reasonable with them, they'll never be reasonable with you... Trolls are utterly impervious to criticism (constructive or otherwise). You cannot negotiate with them; you cannot cause them to feel shame or compassion; you cannot reason with them. They cannot be made to feel remorse. For some reason, trolls do not feel they are bound by the rules of courtesy or social responsibility. The ultimate response to the 'free speech' argument is this: while we may have the right to say more or less whatever we want, we do not have the right to say it wherever we want. You may feel strongly about the fact that your neighbor has not mowed his lawn for two months, but you do not have the right to berate him in his own living room. Similarly, if a webmaster tells a troll that he is not welcome, the troll has no "right" to remain. This is particularly true on the numerous free communications services offered on the net. (On pay systems, the troll might be justified in asking for a refund.)

Here are some tips to deal with trolls:
communitiesonline.homestead.co…
Tips for deviant users:
a) If you have an fanart insulted by a troll, then simply flag the comment as spam and if the troll continues then block. Report if you got so many attacks in other deviants, but always flag every insult as spam. Contact the help desk if the troll return with a new account.
b) Do not do journals about how you have been trolled, trolls will love to know you got their attention so they might even call other trolls to attack you as well.
c) If you have your personal information leaked, then do not publish anything about it, it'll make the troll keep doing it, since he/she believes is funny having you bawwing about how you got your personal information shared everywhere.
d) If you did a journal entry about an personal tragedy and a troll did a party about it, then ignore and also ask your friends to do the same. Without reaction, the troll will only waste time with their trolling propaganda.
e) If you learn that a friend was attacked, then don't respond the troll and just suggest your friend to flag the comment as spam and don't respond as well.
f) Do not do journals with a list of troll users, by doing that, you're just showing that you got their attention as well.
g) Never do any deviant which flame trolls and neither publish their names, by doing that, you're acting just like the way they wants.
On youtube, the trolls can really mess on there since the lack of moderation, but they're helpless if no attention is given so:
a) Ignore a troll attack and quickly block the attacker.
b) Do not do mentions that you got trolled, instead talk with a friend about that by private messages.
c) Do not get upset if a troll lowered the ranks of a video, they usually are very unreasonable by saying random stuff like "fail" when you even managed to beat a hard boss in a game for example. Also if a lot of people desliked your video, then don't mention it. Because you're inviting more people to use the deslike option on it.
d) Encourage your friends to never engage trolls, because by doing so, you're wasting time and unwingly becoming one of them.
e) Do not do video responses against trolls, by doing that, you're also acting like a troll yourself.

Trolls statements are broken, because they encourage people to be reckless. And even free speech must have limits to not make ourselves
in trouble.
1) "Free speech means saying anything you wish and anytime you wish". That statement has fallen on ground, because we must limit our free
speech, otherwise we'll end just be in trouble or receive backlash from people alike.
For example:
a) You cannot just yell at your boss saying he have no balls for not giving you a promotion.
b) You cannot just yell fire in a crowded yard or market just for fun.
c) You cannot just play a joke saying you have raped your best friend's sister and enjoyed how she tried to resist.
d) You cannot just do a joke saying you've planted many bombs in a airport.
e) You cannot just tell the kids that the best way to deal with the sadness is just hanging themselves.
f) You cannot just invade a gay parade and call everyone as fa****.
g) You cannot just go to a funeral and tell the deceased person bought you the "lulz".
h) You cannot just say a joke to the police saying you have killed many people and they're fu**tards for never finding the corpses.

2) "People should accept diferent opinions". That statement is very broken, because there are opinions which we should keep for ourselves.
For example:
a) You can't just opine in a restaurant saying that you preffer dog food than their "shi*".
b) You can't just go to a rocking concert and give a opinion saying their music sucked and they should kill themselves.
c) You can't just opinine saying that you hate black people and they should just drop dead, you're only showing that you're a stupid racist.
d) You can't just opine the best way to deal with the super population is just killing the minority (poor people for example).

"It don't matter" Grammatically it should be "doesn't" not "don't". That'll make it sound better, I'm a bit of a grammar nazi.

Also, freedom of speech is, well, the freedom of speech. That means trolls can say whatever they want and it is them exercising their free speech. Tolerance... doesn't really come into it. :) It would be nice, yes, but that's not what makes free speech free speech. Semantics are important. I agree harassment is wrong, though.

You know... this group is basically prime troll-bait. You're a bit too affected by trolls. Just ignore them, man. This group isn't going to make them go away. If anything, it'll make it worse.

I hope I didn't come across as rude, and sorry if I did. This whole group just seems counter-productive, and it doesn't seem that you quite know what freedom of speech is.

Trolls may come here, but there'll be no responses for their trolling. They're unreasonable and what's the point of using the "freedom of speech" statement when they don't feel remorse, shame or compassion for their actions. They talk about "diferent opinions", however is just a excuse for the riots which they causes. A troll might attack, but what's the point since they'll be just ignored?

Yeah, I can see that.
A whole group about them doesn't really seem like people ignoring them, though.

You're right and wrong.
Freedom of speech is able to say what ever you want. Not that they are in the right, trolling is bad and I hope it would end and people would stop leading them on.

Yet you're rising up to trolls risking you're self to be trolled, I looked at you're profile, I see you're being trolled too.

I support, but I'm not going to help. In any way, I don't fear trolls, I'm just not the type to care about other peoples problems.

And are you saying I'll just read their insults and show reaction? You're wrong, they'll don't get any feed from me. They don't care about free speech, after all they don't feel compassion or remorse.

Freedom of speech is the right to say whatever you want. It has nothing to do with being tolerant.
Freedom of speech wouldn't be needed if people were all tolerant. Not everybody shares the same views but nobody is forced to keep quiet about theirs and they have the freedom to express their views.

You shouldn't tell people to abuse the "Spam" button. It can get them in trouble, it's better to use the Hide button.
Just saying.

You do realize that free speech is simply the right to say whatever the fuck you want and has nothing to do with tolerance right? That means "trolls" have just as much right to say what they think as you.

Freedom of speech is still just freedom of speech. Any limitation to it and we are no longer talking about freedom of speech.

Stop copy pasting you twat and actually answer like a human.

We have free speech, but we should not say it whatever you want. Trolling is just a excuse to cause riots. Will you yell in airport saying you got a bomb just for the lulz since you believe free speech should be used all the time you want? I suppose, you don't wish "free speech", but free trolling.

No, I'm merely correcting your erroneous assumption that free speech=tolerance. True free speech includes both the nice and mean things people might want to say. Freedom too choose whether or not you'll say these things also plays a part in it, but in no way does being forced to be nice 24/7 constitute freedom.

Your example is moronic. No one would shout that in an airport unless they were incredibly stupid or looking to get themselves in jail for a bomb threat. There's a huge difference between internet trolling and being a criminal.
