As for advice on drawing, I would say the best advice is to draw as often as you can. And realize that doesn't mean that every drawing has to be a completed work. There is a lot of value in doodling random sketches. Whether you draw digitally or traditionally, it's good practice to fill a page with simple sketches of various things. Different shapes, different poses, whatever comes to mind. Another thing I would stress is that there is no shame in using references to help with poses/anatomy/anything really. It's a great way to learn, and it's something that all artists do. But really, if you just keep at it, and try to have fun with it, I think you'll do just fine
