... It's been a pretty quiet art/DA year if this is the only "real" update I've given. Time has flown. And I'm not the fastest adjuster to change.
I guess the last real update was back almost a year ago. Since then, I briefly moved back to Canada from Denmark over the winter. I got offered and accepted a job (yay for paid work in your field you gradated from!), then moved to the Netherlands with no money (My parents loaned me money for my first month here until I got my first pay. So thankful). Dealt with all the paperwork that comes with moving to a different country (well, that's not true. I still need to switch my driver's license and do
Trying to give this awesome little foal design some parentage and discovered my herd is very scarce on tobiano... so I'm looking for a mare to be her mommy.
If you're willing to offer your mare, please also list your price. Be aware that I am very slow on the art front, but it will get done eventually, and I will complete any art payments before giving this girl a ref.
Must be able to have baby foals (A_)
Warmblood or Thoroughbred. German Warmbloods preferred, but dutch/Belgian etc will be considered too.
Alright, I've gone through and selected some of my more active/loved/shown horses to offer them up to public breeding. :D Also trying to save points for a future show as prizes, so you have the option of payment methods. I've also left off some horses that desperately need new references, haven't yet gotten references, are still babies, or have show careers ahead of any breeding nonsense.
That being said, if there was a horse you were waiting for that isn't on this list, please mention them to me. I may have missed them, or I may make an exception.
All stallion prices are 1 breeding picture OR 150 :points:
All mare prices are 1 breeding pi

Step 3: Find some reference photos. This will take the rest of your day, and maybe tomorrow too.

1. For the first 10 people who comment, I will feature one of their characters I like the most and put it in this journal. (I will go to your gallery and pick one character and one picture I like, you don't need to tell me which one.)
2. If you comment, please do the same in your journal (unless you've already done it), and put me in the first feature slot. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!
1. Fibonacho (https://www.deviantart.com/fibonacho) Dick seems like a guy who is pretty level headed, if not immune to pride. I'm looking forward to seeing where his realizations during HCL take him. And he rides pretty awesome ho

Wow. I completely forgot to actually update this. A lot has happened, which you may or may not have gotten snippets of from watch updates and random picture uploads.
I have been subletting an apartment since August and we managed to arrange it so that I have it until the expiry of my student visa next month! That has been a load of stress off my mind and I have taken a lot of time to just enjoy myself and relax after all the stress the past year. I've got to start thinking about moving again soon, but we'll work on that around the later end of November. ;)
All that other stuff I was worried about came around and was dealt
It was a nice thought, but I can't see myself doing much with my saddlehorses for sometime and would rather see them go somewhere where they will be enjoyed. :) Offers are considered. Points preferred, but will consider art. Once sold, I retain no rights on the horse. You may do as you wish with them, just please remember to credit the original designer for their design on their new reference.

I know I've been pretty sporatic on here as of late, and even worse at replying to/giving comments to all the amazing stuff that enters my inbox. Truth is, I think I've been trying too hard, for a long time, to keep things the same, and convince others to stay the same too. But that's not how it works and lately I've realised that I don't depend on having that on here anymore. Which is a good thing. dA is no longer my place of safety and familiarity.
I'mma say it again, because its amazing. DA IS NO LONGER MY PLACE OF SAFETY.
I joined HARPG in the midst of a depressive state 6-7 years ago. I had more friends in HARPG than in real

I disappeared for awhile, I'm sorry. :/ I am not too active artistically right now, but I am going to try to reply to things in my inbox and be a little more active.
On a good note, I got a roommate who has cheered me up immensely. :)
Me: I am finally going to start organising my free time and work on being more active on dA.
Also me: I have no desire to be on the internets or be social. Let's just Netflix and chill.
Once life settles down... it will be better and maybe I'll have ...
Annnnnd... back across the Atlantic to my soon-to-be home in the Netherlands.
At this point, it's probably going to be a few weeks before I'm more actively on here. Sorry to those who's comments I haven't gotten to yet. Life happens and it's been hap...
Finally made it back to Canada, will be going through my inbox later this week and replying to everyone, apologies for not sooner.
I have a little bit of art that will slowly make my way on here, but I'm going to be moving again in 3ish weeks, so my...
Looks like I'm going to be living in Europe for a bit longer and getting some real job experience while I'm at it.
In other words, I got the job. I am going to be a real expat. So, soon should have some time to upload some stuff before my start ...
Been pretty AWOL over the holidays and enjoying a Canadian Christmas with friends and family.
Now it looks like I'll be back in Europe, if but for a brief time.
I got a callback on that job in Europe... heading to go do a second interview in person....
I have my first interview tomorrow! Wish me luck and prayers appreciated... I really like the sound of this job, I think it's perfect for me.
We will see how it goes, or if it's just good practice for better jobs later on.
