I find it hard to believe Fluttershy would be a soldier per se---I could see her training animals or handling animals to help build things or transport/store goods, but she seems too demure and gentle to actually fight.

Then again, she was weilding a spear against the Changelings in one timeline, so maybe I shouldn't think that...
