I love your stuff, this is the kind of art I miss on book covers and even comic covers. You have to look back to the Goldkey comics era to find it for the most part.

You should do a prequel about the Defeat of the "Red Ribbon Army", from their biased perspective only do in "Classics Illustrated" style, particularly channeling their version of "All is Quite on the Western Front". Gero was a field medic at the time.
Make their little runt of a leader seem ridiculously grandiose in spite of himself, while they fought "valiantly" against the "Inexplicable Menace" (Goku), who would not be directly shown, (Given the humiliation of being beaten by a child). Think of it as a propaganda comic Dr. Gero used to try to indoctrinate siblings Lapis and Lazuli so they would be more loyal after their transformations into the androids (it failed).

If DBZ was a Silver Age comic... Not much would change beyond visuals. The stuff Son Goku can do ranks right up there with Superman's antics in the '50s/'60s.

That’s why most people prefer modern age Superman. In terms of quality the silver age was the dark ages of comics.

English-dubbed DBZ sounds weird to me. This is how I watched it when I was a kid: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1r0aew…

Well, he didn't send you the official english dub... I think that was Team Four Star's parody: Dragonball Z Abridged.

I can't stop looking at the paintwork - really lovely colour variation and very convincing traditional paint appearance.
I'd love to know which software you used and how you did such nice blending.. :)
The concept is also really original - I haven't seen DBZ painted this way - I like how you've kept the essence of the characters but made them also fit into realism.
Wonderful work :D Love the rest of the series too!
