I've been thinking about the flower below the POV and what it implies.
Some of the girls are looking right at me, so I seem to be watching the POV of something that's actually there. There are two kinds of tentacles, the green, which grab and bind, and the pink, which simply touch. All pink tentacles grow from a flower, like the one on the ground. Therefore, it seems that we are viewing the POV of a pink tentacle as it glances around, preparing to gently touch one of the helpless girls close to it, probably the pink-haired nurse lying on the ground between the flower and Lisa.
