The darkling- Inktober day 2

I read the Grisha Trilogy (Leigh Bardugo) the last few weeks and got inspired. I tried to capture the Darkling, Aleksander Morozova, in silver, gold and black ink. Ancient, lonely and with a vast hunger for more power. But also vulnerable. This drawing was also drawn mostly outdoors. Only the gold and silver were added indoors. I wanted to emphasize the Darklings quarz eyes with the lighting. It's hard to capture gold and silver with the scanner or camera. Still haven't figured that out.

P.S. I used my husband as reference, but he would like everyone to know that he looks far better and is far nicer than the Darkling Wink/Razz

It really looks ancient and you can feel the royal vibes from it.
