Custom Poster Frame 1

I can't remember the exact dimensions on this, that's how long ago I started the frame. It's a fairly large poster, although IIRC the smaller of the two in the commission.

Frame built from scrap wood, epoxy, porcelain dolls, fabric, animal bones, casting resin, and other found objects.

The congeries of objects reference specific songs; I went through her entire catalog including The Glove and The Creatures while I was making these frames.

Apologies for the shooting location (omg could my garage be an uglier color combo?); I've only got so much to work with right now.

Oh Siouxsie and the banshees.. I like some of her songs.
I remember some "gothic-parties" in Paris.

Nice. Maybe one day we can talk about you making a frame for a Beksinski print.

Wish I could get an original of his work, he was amazing. Makes me want to paint again.

I see your stripey socks ;D I really like the upper left corner details. I see those little fossil things you do. (forgot the name at the moment) They look really kewl. So, how many dolls did you kill in order to make this :XD: Will you be posting up close ups?

And LOL @ the incidental portrait of my capris and feet. XD Those are valentines day stripeys - pink, black, red, with pink hearts.

I took quite a few close ups; some didn't come out. Next time I visit the buyer I'll try and get some shots of the really fancy parts that I failed on round one. And also the other frame (he got a set of two made for his favorite posters, both Siouxsie)
