Aethiopica is a prayerful 7-year-old half Greek-Syrian half French-American girl who is an Orthodox Christian and mostly speaks Arabic and English, she can also speak Greek and French, just only on certain occasions and her parents were devout Evangelical Christians, or Evangelists. Additionally, Aethiopica also has a desire for building a prayer life of her very own, being disciplined in her mind and mouth, enduring throughout long-suffering and rejoicing in God's grace and glory. She's also able to embody some Southern humors sometimes due to her frequent long-term visits in the American South. Perviridis de los Santos is a moral, stubborn and welcoming boy who is the older brother of his siblings Arisaema and Brassico and is characterized by his love, mercy and moral compass alongside his low self-esteem, stubbornness and temporary compulsiveness. His primary drive stems from the loss of his great-grandfather when he was 3, before Arisaema and Brassico were actually born, making him fiercely loyal and determined to protect his family and friends from harm's way, often seeking the mythical lands of Elverra Madigana for safety, belonging and fellowship. His biggest desire however is to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and values repentance and spiritual discipline but is prone to believe the lies of the enemy that his soul will be broken forever. This is primarily due to a nightmare he had where innocent blood was on his very hands and that's when his friends and family physically had to pray and intercede in ways, shape and form they didn't know were spiritually possible, striving for pastoral guidance and not just looking at the grace of God but walking in it. Perviridis is good friends with Astilbe Babangida-Bennett and Pelaratha Donabedian. With Astilbe, Perviridis loves to dance and give to the needy in forms such as giving food and buying medicine. With Pelaratha, he values Bible studies, prayer and worship - his favorite kind being country music and piano worship. Perviridis values admitting to a mistake at work even if it means facing consequences, rather than blaming someone else. How and so ever, periodically, all of the consequences are too much for his already repented and broken spirit to bare, leading to Pelaratha and Astilbe to firmly tell him, "No, Perviridis! This is not good for your soul!", even when he protests, which makes him very angry and causes conflict amongst his friends. Even Saintpaulia Hassan-Musa's best friend named Sangloria Makamba, a 5-year-old Tanzanian girl, had to explain to Perviridis that he has to pull back a bit to prepare for the launch, otherwise he'll be confused and ruminate in his emotions for ever-so-long, such as clenching his fists, raising his voice, crying, rolling his sleeves and his hands on his hips but at some point reaches a breaking point and ends up apologizing for his excessive protests and intense confrontations.
