My Bio
I just love photography. The camera has truly changed my life and opened up my world.

My main interest is Urbex Photography,

Dark halls, narrow wet cold rooms, rusted metal, chains hanging from the ceiling, it`s like you`re moving through a horror movie setting. It appears to be a pictorial journey through a strange world – a nightmarish world of shadows and darkness as after an asteroid impact.

Lost places, abandoned buildings and infrastructure are my favourite locations to take pictures.

“Urban Exploration” also known as “Urbex” is the exploring of urban, (mostly) abandoned structures.

My partner in crime is Mark van Lammeren, we always try to explore every weekend, mostly in Belgium, Germany and France.

But Urbex is not the only interest, I also love it to go to the nature and take pictures of the wild-life and the nature.

hey loving all the abandoned pictures where were they taken?
Want to thank you for providing such nice pictures your karate girl picture really helped me out I used it as a reference for a picture I had drawn for me for a Karate pose.
I featured your photograph, Urban Decay 6, on my blog in a photography feature: [link] -- hope that's okay! :aww:
Wonderful work in your gallery Henny !

it's all about light, and that's the key factor of your images..
Bit of an odd request, but I was wondering whether I could have an online interview with you. I am doing a project on urban exploration and your photos are inspiring. If you would oblidge, I would like to ask you the following questions -
1. How did you get into Urban Exploration?
2. Why you do it?
3. What artist/image/situation inspires you the most?
4. What tips would you give to an aspiring Urban Explorer?
5. What was the best exploration you have taken, and why?

It would mean alot to me if you could get back to me.
Thank you,
Slothman91
