Wilhelm was the first prince and heir to the throne until the creation of the Kingdom of Spain. Wilhelm jumped at the chance.

As Wilhelm took the throne. He was threatened by a Baron who held the same amount of power as Will. As revolution neared Will had the military organize and storm the barons castle. Will married a duchess from the hoinsawler the family of Kaiser Wilhelm II of the first World war. They had 3 children. Will began projects to make a new capital city. The first was to construct a Palace and Parliament. By 2230 this was a success. Will died at the age of 98. He gave the throne to his Grandson, He passed in his still growing city.
