With his uncle ruling not in good faith, When he was 20 it was time for his uncle to abdicate, this did not happen so Axel with the help of his mother Tsarina Violet III of Russia to finally take China. There the goverment surrendered to him, he was then crowned Emperor of all China, Then he rallied the pacific fleet, there after participating in the civil war, he overthrew his uncle.

With the civil war concluded, he would begin to remove all communist ideals from China, this involved the removal of all flags, nation anthems, and renovating bejing to include statues of his father, his mother and himself and his family, by the 2250s he had 6 sons and 1 daughter. With a previous census of a total of 2.8 billion in Japan and China, Axel had his most prominent and experienced son be heir to the empire, the catch would to have a female heir.

Axel would remain in Japan watching as his heir took Both Koreans and the lower countries. He then returned to Moscow, where he united with his half-brother Tsar Julius Romanov. There, they remained until Julius abdicated. Then in the 2270s Axel had a series of crippling seizures, he finally died after falling down 17 flights of stairs.
