Alexy saw Siberia as a uncultured government and decided to implement the 50 year rule, a different style of monarchy where the leader rules for fifty years before abdicating, but not like the age limit of fifty. Alexy began with creating a proper civil Duma, The lower ranking below the rank of Count were furious and began revolting against the Tsar. This sparked a civil war. As the now Red army marched to Nicholatsga and forced Alexy to retreat to Alexandraburg, and the furthest was Yekaterinburg.

Alexy would continue to reject the terms of the now supreme leader of Siberia Baron Saverna. At the age of 47 he had two children with Victoria Von Prower II. After he turned 70 he would have only given 20 miles of territory.
