Wines and Spirits by ash Wines and Spirits by ash
An easy bit of social commentary, perhaps.

Now that that's over with, this is actually a damned good bottle store. It's on Old Compton Street in Soho, which is also home to I. Camisa & Son, the great italian deli which I've pictured here before.

I'm very fond of how you framed this... right at the '76' and the man on the left, and then the younger guy on the right.

There's something subtly tongue-in-cheek about this, something just slightly humorous that is unsaid, but implied. Hm. Neat.

Strong contrast.

I saw a guy passed out outside Camden tube yesterday, hed taken off his trainers and was using them as a pillow. On the same journey I witnessed 4 guys doing a crack deal, was preached the gospel of our lord jesus christ (non caps intended) and smelt the camp fires of the homeless camp that has sprung up this week by the Canal on the Kentich Town Road. I didnt take a single picture, for some reason I didnt have the heart (or was too scared). I was reminded on th way home that we are the 4th largest economy on the planet, for what I ask myself?

These shots need taking, well done!

"It'll never happen to me," says young groover.

Might be 'easy' but always relevant.

great shot and great timing. Looks like our friend on the left there might have a 40oz for company already.
And hey, your color and detail is looking real good...
I wonder what your gamma is set at tho; 1.8 or 2.2?
I did a funny thing and set mine at 2.0...

Good composition and contrast - my only singluar gripe about it is that you couldn't find a way to lead from the bum to the kid, since I didn't even NOTICE the bum at first.

Mm, alcohol!
