Another ripper, ash. Quite Don McCullen (famed war photogragher whose sympathetic portraits of London's homeless were second to none).

Sorry, can't help myself: Given the warm sunny day and the 'fragrance issues' common to many of the homeless, I can't blame you for opting for the long lens. ;) (Wink)

I got accused of the whole isolation thing, also... I like this. I like how the guy blends in... really made me look closer, because I saw him, and wanted to see him better. Great work, again;) (Wink)

Hug thanks Alison :) (Smile)

actually it's a bit of a joke really, someone pointed out recently that a lot of my shots have an isolation thing going on, and I was like "oh yeah". so I was mostly just poking fun at myself with these titles. this one is apparently my 335th submission, which is a bit hard to believe..

oh yeah:

long lense again on this?

Yes, the 75-300mm probably at 200mm or something, can't remember exactly. Nice sunny day OMG so no worries with shutter speeds

Again, the person seems to blend all too easily into the drab surroundings...

well he is wearing a camo jacket ;) (Wink)

But seriously yes I agree he does. While it does kinda makes him hard to spot and perhaps lessens the visual impact, I like the fact that he seems so insignificant, in that way I think it adds to the mood.

i love the how the background looks so varied. it's like 10 backgrounds all mixed together.
