Absolutely stunning, I love the clouds shadows on the water. they've always seemed ominous to me somehow.

Yeah obviously great. Didn't know the mountains oposite the bay were high enough for you to get that angle, apparently they are. I had a gig at the old Army Battery Camp there a couple of weeks ago.

Oh my..this is lovely as well, like all of the others. I just can't get over some of these! The shadows of those clouds on the island and the water..and in my headphones I'm listening to Jars of Clay, the lead singer slowly singing while playing a guitar :

looking at redemption
it was hidden in the landscape
of loss and love and fire and rain
never would have come this way
looking for redemption

Just listening to that while looking at this was incredible. I just adore this, like the others..such detail in the water as well. Very beautiful work!! :) (Smile) :) (Smile)

I love the sweep of the landscape, and high-altitude shots of water are always nice.

I like it.

Does the neopan have a lot of grain?

No, this 100 acros is ultra fine-grained. Whatever 'grain' is there is really scanner noise amplified by sharpening. The scanner is a Canoscan FS4000US

It's beautiful, very simple, but so stunning. I love the greyscale, the billowy clouds, wonderful composition and photo.
