The coloring is great, the shade of the eyes is spot on. I love how you have him looking both thoughtful and yet sad at the same time. I'm looking at the back ground and loving the shades and beautiful blends of colors. the shirt and tie also make him seem more classy. You say you got this done in a hour and and a half, I can't wait to see something else, maybe one of Derpy and the Doctor. I eagerly await your next project, I give you five stars all around, you have not only captured the Doctor but you have captivated me as well. Keep up the good work.
