This is Vannalli Feron. An old old old character of mine.

He doesn't normally wear clothes like this, usually somthing more....victorian? Anyways...

I'm sorry for poor scan, my scanner hates me ;A;

His pants are supposed to be red red, not like...mahogany red ;u;
