I was a child that spent my free time drawing. I took that interest in visual creativity and went to art school, concentrating in drawing and painting. I graduated with a B.F.A (honors) from the University of Saskatchewan.
I pursued a career in illustration and design. I went back to school in the early 2000s to learn web design and development, just as making a living as a digital designer was becoming a bone fide field. I have been working in the visual design field for more than fifteen years.
I like to combine digital and hand-made mediums to solve problems, trigger interest or illuminate an idea.
