so my life fell apart a little bit... i ended my marriage and moved out with my four daughters. as a result, i was so preoccupied with everything that was going on, and i stopped painting. for over a year. everything i had done at the end of my last productive period seemed stale and i was afraid to try again.
im happy to say that i started painting again this month. things are going well. im hoping my style will continue to develop and i will improve. thank you everyone who has been supportive of my work. it means the world to me.

For what its worth I'm sorry things fell apart for you. Personally I've always found painting a source of refuge and I hope you find the same through your work. I hope everything is at least now on an upturn for you.
