Sometimes you want to procrastine by digitally painting an iconic part from a game you enjoyed in the style of a different gaming generation

   Aka I just wanted to draw the Ultros battle in the style of the PS1-era Final Fantasies, and while I suck at digital painting, I still had a TON of fun with this and making this just made me want this "remake" even more  (Squenix pls, gimme this) (And specifically a PS1-style remake (but with modern graphics), I loved FFVIIR but I miss the ATB Turnbased Combat and the simplicity of the PS1-era FFs)

I took some inspiration from the N64 Final Fantasy tech demo for Terra's outfit, seeing how the tech demo featured her (along with Shadow and Locke), also I don't think Sabin actually has any of his claw weapons this early on in the game, I just thought it'd be fun to draw him with them
