Updated as they come in - and can be reported I went through by blocked accounts and saw there were a number of CLOSED accounts. We are at 28 Active Scammers and 128 Deactivated Accounts. Congratulations - we SHUT DOWN 128 Scammers If you have a incident to report - let me know. Be safe - Create a new PayPal account with no money in it for these transactions, and DO NOT link you bank account to the PayPal account. The scammer will quickly complain or disappear. Now it is OPEN Scammer Accounts and those who realized they needed to just move on and have CLOSED Accounts and probably have made a new one.
