Description

Been binging Phelous Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation videos and it's put me in the mood to redesign a couple of the villain characters.
Starting off with Dragonlord (Dragon Skull). A neat idea of a villain completely wasted.
Made him more like an Eastern dragon, which I think is fitting.
