Street Fighter: Vega prize

I FINALLY finished this bitch. Dx I stayed up to about FIVE IN THE MORNING fighting with his torro cape and sash. e__e Then I forgot to add his tattoo, so I had to go bullshit that in. =__= Tried to make it look as skin tight as a tattoo is. Looks a little too sharp for me, but I'm tired. Dx I tattered the cape and adjusted it so it didn't take up so much background, added the clouds in and used some textured brushes and put in small details in hair/face/overall.
