Meaning of Life?
So I was considering the reason people play games this morning, and of course the typical thoughts popped in my head - fun, social connections, feeling more empowered.  I thought more about the last one.  People often play games because they aren't happy with their real lives.  The feeling of a loss of control is pretty common I think.  And that lead me to thinking about one of the most commonly asked questions in human history - what's the meaning of life?  It dawned on me that the question answers itself! This is a very cool site - so much more here than I knew about in the past.  And for the most part a really nice interface.  Tons of amazing artwork and a lot of really nice people.  It's a nice change from what I'm used to seeing on the internet. And ahhhh, I can't stop posting artwork!  Well, ok, I'll run out eventually...

Thin line between porn and art
So I've been taking a look at some of the latest art submitted, and I noticed a number of female nudes focusing on the genitals and rear.  Now I have nothing against nudes - I love the female form - hell, I've got a nude drawing in my gallery.  However, some of these border on porn to me (not that i have anything against porn) and don't seem to fit in with the rest of the art on this site. Of course, this is all subjective and open to opinion.  Not to mention, it's certainly not up to me.  It's just something thought caught my attention.  I guess I'd be concerned that it would attract the wrong crowd.  I haven't seen any that were definitely

Just joined - don't know why I didn't do this before.  I've known about deviantart.com for years, but I think I always figured my web site (artfoundry.com) was enough.  But it's great seeing others' works and having people comment on mine, which doesn't happen with a personal site.
