Description
This is my second melted crayon art piece, actually done on commission for a professor of mine. On the surface, the stenciling looks like a flower, but is actually made up of lots of connected bass clefs and an eighth note! Clever, right?
The stenciling was done similarly to my last piece; cutting out shapes from masking tape, then painted over and finally the crayons were melted over that. The canvas is a 16x20, and 46 crayons were used.
If you're willing, please check out my first melted crayon piece! You can find it here: [link]
I hope you all enjoy! As always, comments are greatly appreciated and will be returned.
