It's still active, but we also have lives. As plenty of submissions come everyday, sometimes we are not able to vote each one of them, as in most cases they need three votes to be approved or rejected. Thank you for your understanding and don't hesitate to keep submiting your work 
If you can't be active often, you should make some changes in the voting for example only 1 or 2 votes to approval or decline or taking new contributors
