Secret Santa: Tinkerbell

Oh my God, I did not think I could do it but it's done. My Secret Santa piece is finished and I have the sore shoulder to prove it.
This was so much fun, although frankly a bit of a pain in the neck (or should I say shoulder). But you know, my fault. I keep starting off simple and then take on more and more until it's way more than I can handle while staying sane. But like I said before this piece was still super fun to do, and as always I learned a lot. This one is for you . I really hope you like it.

So, about the piece, one of the characters my Secret Santa recipient listed as one of her favorites was Tinkerbell. I felt that that would be fun to do, plus I got an idea the instant I read the word Tinkerbell, so that pretty much cinched it. And believe it or not I had never drawn Tinkerbell before so this was the perfect opportunity to do so. (I'm trying to be more out of the box ) She also listed Treasure Planet as one of her favorite movies, so yeah, I put a little cameo of the map in there. I hope it's recognizable in the midst of everything else going on in this piece.
Oh yeah, Autumn, snow and nature were listed in her favorite themes too so I tried to incorporate those in there also.

I read somewhere that it's always good to wait until about the next day before posting a finished piece because you might see something totally wrong with it that you are just plain old oblivious to when you first finish making it, but God dammit, I do not have time for that.   I really hope this counts as on time cause I would love to join again next year.
