Walter Hartford

The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers

Walter Hartford aka "Doc"

Apparently he is a Jamaican son of a wealthy family who was not challenged so he was drafted
to work with the rangers an given a series 5 implant that allowed him to use a set of self aware holographic programs he created to use for various tasks.
This painting features him summoning : Lifeline ( yellow - used to fix other programs like as super antivirus he also used it to revive a female automaton who fell in love with him) Tripwire ( magenta- used for disrupting software , hacking, delays in security systems etc.) Firefly (orange red- used to do serious hacking, destroying systems, this is basically a virus that can destroy any system ) he uses others for bypassing security stealthily and what not but I was lazy and I couldn't find all the episodes where he used them, I did forget Pixel who is summoned often, he is white and I see it as a generalist stylized program. I think he uses 5 or 6 programs in all and they all talk and have personalities and seem like lil pixies.

I posed for this one too. the hard part is the uniforms, as you know 80's cartoons at times had no regard for continuity, but as varied as the outfits got or some slight plot holes I love this show to death all 65 eps.

after I was done I noticed he sort of looks like he's about to dance to tom jones to the song "it's not unusual to be loved by everyone" XD Alfonso Riveiro during his SIlver Spoons days XD

now for Zacary the grouchy leader lol.
