Created by Bob Kane (Made Batman happen) and Al Brodax in 1966
Bob McFadden voiced him and this predates Inspector Gadget and was closer to get smart.
King features United owned the rights and it was aired on NBC
I liked the section he would start singig about his dear old dad and we would see old timey
adventures of cops and robbers.

I could almost believe This character was Inspector Gadget's father and Dr Claw was the son of Number one.
The premise was exactly the same as Inspector gadget except he had no help, and no cybernetic implants.
But yeah Bob Kane as usual, rips everything off and makes something new. I did love the show mind you , wouldn't bother otherwise XD 

I used Michael Palin for his face XD funny thing is he actually could've done the movie in the 70's.
