First of, this page has a great impact value. Leviathan's body has a great pose in this scene and it's size makes Draco seem all the more insignificant. The sea serpent almost has a godly style. The only downside would be the background, and it's lack of clarity. Yet, this is just a minor problem, as it could draw the attention away from the main focus. I'd say it's worth 3,5 stars on "Impact" and 4 stars on "Vision".
To the originality. Now, granted, this drawing is original in itself. But this scene lacks something that makes it truly stand out from other fantasy pictures (to me at least). This is why I've rated it 3 stars on that field.
Now, on the colors. Overall, they're fine, but they sometimes don't really blend together (like for example on Leviathan). Now, maybe it was intended to create a unique and simple art style, but this prevents me from giving it 4 stars in the "Technique" rating.
All in all, this is a cool drawing. And if you're using the same art style for your comic, I'd read it with pleasure. And yet again, I think it's lacking in some ways. Then again, perfection is impossible to reach, so it might not be that problematic.
