Dragonbone dagger-Skyrim (for sale) by ArsynalProps is one of those props that looks almost real... and almost functional! The details on this piece is so life-like that you can imagine yourself grabbing one of these to defend yourself from the Horde. And the presentation is both appropriate and understated. A great combination!

No ! That's a prop :)

Indeed, that's very funny.

So what exactly is the material that it is made from exactly?
ArsynalProps's avatar
The originale piece is made out of wood and apoxie sculpt. Then I molded it to make resin casts ! :)

are most of your weapons made from one piece or are they cast in a few pieces and put together? I'd be very interested to watch a demo or tutorial of some kind.

They're made from one piece. I currently work on little items which don't really need to be separated then assembled. But if I have to mold a sword or an axe for example, I'd make it with several parts.

That's awesome! Thanks for the reply =) I work with rubbers, plastics and foams and such and was just curious. I'm interested in starting to make some props of my own. I absolutely love your work! Inspirational!
