Hi, I'm NoirRyu,
I want to warn u about on ongoing art thief named Cybelle Carollinne. On Oct 15, 2024, I found out Cybelle posted one of your artworks, Tears in rain. Cybelle used one of her MANY recently revived DA accounts, @Tmjdomeujeito, and called this one: Why I haven’t been updating …sorry. The only 'difference' is that she decrease the contrast in your artwork. FYI, this isn't her first time posting the 'i'm sorry' artworks. This is actually her 3rd time using different DA identities with the same exact description, which is pretty much saying 'the reason I'm not posting as much is b/c ppl calls me an art thief, and thus this is bullying'.
This is right after she shortly taken down LOTS of stolen comic pages from Turma da Mônica Jovem, which are all LITERALLY the first few pages of Turma da Mônica Jovem Volume 39. Below is a screenshot of @Tmjdomeujeito taken on Oct 13, 2024, shortly after all evidence taken down on Oct 14, 2024:
Also, Cybelle 'claimed' in Why I haven’t been updating …sorry description: "e a arte foi criada Mally-Pepper e não sou ela, apenas postei para mostrar o que eu estou me sentindo.."
(translation: "and the art was created Mally-Pepper and I'm not her, I just posted it to show how I'm feeling..")
However, according to DA Copyright Policy rules (https://www.deviantart.com/about/policy/copyright/ ), crediting the original artists does NOT automatically give you permission to edit their art in any shape or form. I strongly think and according to Cybelle's art theft history, I'm very certain Cybelle didn't ask for your permission to edit and re-post your Tears in rain artwork.
Let me know if this is true or not ASAP. ALso, plz be careful as well b/c you're actually one of many of her fav DA ppl to watch throughout her DA accounts overall, especially your Monica's Gang gallery.
