I decided to favour ease over space saving, so beware : once extracted, the files are 177 mb big (3 complete mesh+textures folders). Though, 7z makes it pretty easy to unzip only what you need, so I'd advise to do it that way. Navigate in the files using 7z and decompress what you wanna use ^^
