The Geometry That Shouldn't Exist
Lucid Gekiga has always been about tension, one photorealistic anchor pulling against a scratched, painterly world that refuses to resolve cleanly. I built that style around emotional rupture: a single real object inside an unreal space.
Now I want to push the same rupture into architecture.
I've loved architecture since I was a kid, the logic of it, the weight, the way a building tells you how to move through it before you've taken a step. So I'm starting a new experiment: impossible structures, staircases that fold into themselves, towers that rotate against their own foundations, rooms where the floor and ceiling are the same surface, all rendered in the ink-wash, scratched linework language of Lucid Gekiga.
This is deliberately difficult. AI models are bad at holding a genuine visual paradox, they tend to quietly "fix" the impossibility somewhere in the frame without you noticing, and the whole point collapses. Getting one of these to actually work, where the eye keeps searching
