Ever been confused by the thirds ? Tutorial: Composition, part I by =arisuonpaa teaches us the basics of bringing elements of our imagery together to form a good composition. This tutorial will give us the heads up on "points of interest" and the "dead point" which is useful not only for digital imagery but other artistic media. thank you so much for sharing it!!
I think that scene composition is one of the most challenging topics to face when realizing a painting (in particular, I find it quite complicate, lot of practicing is awaiting for me, sob XD), and your tutorials is really helpful and clear!

This is great! In classes they always told us about the rule of thirds, but they never went into much detail and just pushed us forward to the next subject. You've covered a lot of good points that they missed~!!! :w00t:

The part with the dead centre is one of the first techniques people learn when designing Wallpaper, cause if you use a Wallpaper as Desktop background, it seems so squeezed and small (not always but often)

I always loved having such kind of background information. Often we see if something looks right or not, but can't tell why.

Very helpful, Please make more! I absolutely love your digital paintings, they are absolutely gorgeous! any tips and tricks - especially on subjects like this are very much sought after. Especially because as you said, it's not something that is covered very often- but it's very true (I just didn't know it).
